Missing Nothing is a virtual tour of the Spring and Summer exhibitions now closed to the public with contemporary artist Liane Lang.
Artist Liane Lang will be presenting weekly sessions on modern and contemporary artists and ideas including some of the art and artists you will be missing out on in London and abroad in the next few weeks due to gallery closures. Ranging from household names to hidden gems, sessions will include Pablo Picasso and Leon Spilliaert, currently hiding at the Royal Academy, Steve McQueen and the artists in the exhibition Radical Figures at the Whitechapel Gallery as well as dozens of others. Lang will present key works and film clips and will present the political and social context of artists, their important influences and contemporaries. Students are invited to actively participate in discussion and to find inspiration in some of the most important examples of modern and contemporary practice.
Liane Lang
Liane is a mixed media artist based in London. Her work has been shown widely both in the UK and abroad including at public museums and galleries and her work is held in major collections including Momma, The Royal Academy and the Victoria and Albert Museum
