Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed once payment is received and your place is confirmed by us.
- Course fees are shown at the time of booking and must be paid in full unless a payment plan has been agreed.
- Fees generally include tuition; some materials may be excluded and will be stated clearly.
Cancellation and refunds
- You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking if the course has not yet started.
- After the cooling-off period, refunds may be available if you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date, less an administrative fee.
- Cancellations closer to the start date are not normally refundable, but we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion.
- Once a course has started, refunds are not normally available.
Course changes
- We aim to deliver courses as advertised, but occasionally changes are necessary.
- We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, tutors, schedules, or venues.
- If we cancel a course, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative.
Attendance and conduct
- Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow studio rules and health and safety guidance.
- We reserve the right to remove participants for serious breaches of conduct, without refund.
Liability
- Nothing in our Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under UK law.
- Otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
Gift cards and vouchers
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- They are non-refundable and have no cash value, except where required by law.
Data protection
- We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law.
