Painting Personal Projects is a programme that aims is to give you an opportunity to develop your own work whilst receiving guidance and mentoring in a supportive community of artists. It is intended to increase confidence, creativity and a sense of direction; helping to provide strategies for establishing and growing a body of work.  The artists on this programme are all practising and exhibiting artists who are working on their own projects and are here to help each student clarify and develop their short and long term goals. You will individually work on your own projects and as a group work on similar agreed goals. With this comes tutored classes, group discussions, cries and an End of Year Exhibition.

COVID 19 and LOCKDOWN:

At present we anticipate, with the ongoing vaccination campaign and the gradual easing of lockdown regulations across the country, we will be able to run this course in studio as of September 2021. However, should the government initiate another series of lockdowns we will, depending on the level of lockdown (as we have done during the academic year 2020-21), either run hybrid classes ie have a limited number of students in studio and the rest online or fully move the classes online until the lockdown stops. We use ZOOM as our online platform and have since the 13th of March 2020 developed a lot of experience in delivery of online classes. Should you have any questions with regards to any of the above please get in touch with the school.
