Please read these t&c in conjunction with the general ESOP Terms and Conditions and the ESOP Privacy and Cookie Policy. They form a part of the school’s general terms and conditions and are dependent on them; where any clash or contradiction exists the general terms and conditions will be upheld.
These terms and conditions came into effect on the 27th of September 2021 and do not apply retrospectively to any bookings done prior to this date.
Glossary
University refers to a UCAS recognised university in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (UK)
UCAS: The Universities and Colleges Admissions Service, a UK-based organisation whose main role is to operate the application process for British universities.
Student refers to an individual who are registered as a student in university.
ESOP: The Essential School of Painting Ltd
ESOP Alumni or Alumni: Former students of the ESOP
School refers to the ESOP
USF: ESOP University Student Fee discount
A: Eligibility
- This discount is available to any student presently studying Fine Art or design at university at a Bachelors or Masters Level.
- This discount is not available to any student presently on an ESOP scholarship.
- This discount in not available to ESOP alumni unless directly offered to the alum in person by the school.
B: General
- The ESOP reserves the right to withdraw the offer of the USF at it’s own discretion without explanation.
- With reference to Clause A above and Clause B6 below on-going offers will continue to operate to the end of the course they are affiliated to.
- The percentage or amount given in the discount may differ from course to course and may not be available for all course the ESOP offers.
- The offer is only available to the student as long as they remain a student at university throughout the during of the ESOP course
- The ESOP reserves the right to ask for evidence or proof of one’s student status.
- Where such status is in doubt or is doubted the ESOP reserves the right to cancel the student discount and request full fee payment and or cancel the student admission to the school without recourse to refund.
- By providing to information that can be verified or is proved false or fraudulent the Student automatically forfeits any fees they have paid.
- The same shall apply where by omitting to provide information the student status cannot be verified or is in doubt.
