1. When you use our services or view content provide on our site we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This information may include details of how you used our services such as your search enquiries, telephony, log information for example your phone number, calling numbers and following numbers, the time and date of such contact and duration thereof and such data may include your internet protocol address.
   1. We may use the name that you provide for your TheESOP Profile across all of the services we offer that require a TheESOP Account. In addition, we may replace past names associated with your account, so that you are represented consistently across all our services. If other users already have your email or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible TheESOP Profile information, such as your name and photo.
   2. If you have a TheESOP Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on our site or on third-party applications connected to your account.es traffic data, location data and other communication data.

2. Information That We Collect

In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you.

1. Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as web-pages, Instagram,  tweeter page viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data.

   2. With domain administrators.
   3. If your TheESOP Account is managed for you by a domain administrator then your domain administrator and resellers who provide user support to your organisation will have access to your TheESOP Account information (including your emails and other data).
   4. Your domain administrator may be able to:
      1. View statistics regarding your account, such as statistics regarding    applications that you install.
      2. Change your account password.
      3. Suspend or terminate your account access.
      4. Access or retain information stored as part of your account.
      5. receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable
      6. Governmental request.
      7. Restrict your ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.

2. In the event that we sell any or all of our business to the buyer.
   1. If TheESOP is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal information
   2. And give affected users notice before personal information is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
3. Where we are legally required by law to disclose your personal information. We will share personal information with companies, organisations or individuals outside TheESOP if we have a belief, in good faith, that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:
