Student-Led Open Studios & Course Introduction
This Student-Led Open Day offers an opportunity to visit the studios at the Essential School of Painting, meet current students and tutors, and learn more about the Advanced Painting Course 2026–2028. Visitors will be able to explore the working studios, see paintings in progress, and gain a first-hand sense of the environment in which the course is taught.

Open studios across the building. Visitors are invited to walk through the studios, view current work, and speak informally with students and staff.
Who Should Attend
This Open Day is intended for prospective applicants to the Advanced Painting Course 2026–2028, as well as friends and family of current students, members of the local community, gallery visitors, and those considering joining the Essential School of Painting who would like to explore the studios and meet the artists working within them.

As studio space is limited, we encourage visitors to register in advance.
