We are aiming to establish an informal artists community on a Sunday, untutored but supervised, bring lunch to share, look deeply for hours on end , enjoy mixing colour, working objectively, subjectively, connect with the human in you by painting another human being. Painting the model in a relaxed informal class with no tutoring but informal group feedback and a raft of good art books on hand to help you out if needed.. The model will be posed for five weeks in the same pose enabling you to go deep and thoroughly tackle knotty problems in your painting also giving you the time to take chances, make mistakes, ruin and rescue your painting.
