Photo Gallery: Grayson Perry RA Event ‘Why I am not a Painter’ at The Essential School of Painting

On the 1st of March the Essential School of Painting had the honour of hosting a talk by the talented Turner prize winning artist Grayson Perry CBE RA at the RSA House in London. The event was hosted by our president Sandy Moffat RSA and our directors Andrew Wamae and Alison Harper. The talk held in the intimate settling of the historic Great Room at the RSA House, surrounded by the magnificent murals ‘The Progress of Human Knowledge and Culture’ by James Barry RA (1741-1806) was a  resounding success that culminated in the post-event dinner.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Grayson Perry, our board, the RSA House and everyone how attended the event. Please click the image below for a slide-show of the photographs taken during the event.
