A Talk by By Grayson Perry
‘Why I Am Not A Painter’
The Essential School of Painting is pleased to present pictures of the event by Turner prize winning artist Grayson Perry CBE RA entitled ‘Why I am not a Painter’ at The Essential School of Painting at the RSA House. The Event comprised of an early evening wine reception followed by the main lecture hosted by the school’s president Sandy Moffat OBE RSA .
The talk held in the intimate settling of the historic Great Room at the RSA House, surrounded by the magnificent murals depicting ‘The Progress of Human Knowledge and Culture’ by James Barry RA (1741-1806) was a resounding success that culminated in the post-event dinner.
