Alexander “Sandy” Moffat is a painter, author and tutor of great renown; Sandy Moffat’s work can be viewed in galleries and public spaces including The National Portrait Gallery in Edinburgh, The Scottish National Portrait Gallery, The Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, Arts Council of Great Britain and  The Yale Centre for British Art. He is a member of The Royal Scottish Academy and received an Order of The British Empire for his great contribution to The Field of Fine Arts.
