This four-weekend course is designed to support you in developing your own ideas or shaping new ones through guided, practical engagement. Working in our spacious main studio in Wood Green, you’ll have the time, space, and mentorship to build momentum and push your work forward across four Saturdays.
Whether you’re just starting out, returning to painting, or looking to refine a current project, this course offers a supportive, focused environment to help you deepen your practice and clarify your direction. The emphasis is on building confidence, developing a personal language, and beginning or advancing a sustained body of work.
Each session includes one-to-one tutorials and group critiques, allowing you to receive both personalised feedback from tutor Guy Allott and constructive input from fellow artists. You’ll also explore strategies for how to develop your work beyond the course — creatively, conceptually, and practically.
Please note: places are limited — early booking is recommended.
