Immerse yourself in the joy of Drawing:
Join us for a unique two-day drawing intensive that invites you to experience the richness of some of London’s most renowned art collections through the act of drawing. This workshop offers the rare opportunity to work directly from artworks at the Wallace Collection, Tate Britain, and the National Gallery.

Each day, we’ll begin with a curated introductory tour led by artist and tutor Archie Franks, who will guide you through highlights of each collection, drawing attention to key works, historical context, and artistic techniques. Following this, you’ll be invited to settle into the galleries for a day of structured and self-directed drawing exercises, designed to deepen your observational skills and artistic confidence.
Whether you’re an experienced artist or just rediscovering the joy of drawing, this course provides the inspiration, support, and space to explore your practice in a meaningful way — surrounded by some of the greatest artworks ever created.
For the course all you need to come along with non-messy, practical drawing materials suitable for use inside museum and gallery spaces (e.g. pencils, fine liners, sketchbooks).
