Application Process:

We will select candidates based on artistic potential, energy, creativity, open-mindedness, dynamic commitment, as well as the quality of work.

The ethos of ESOP encourages a wide range of viewpoints, and we welcome applications from candidates looking to contribute to this diverse and polysemous micro-culture. Applicants who are short listed will be expected to demonstrate their willingness and preparedness to actively participate in the collective endeavours of this innovative and unique painting course.

Should you be short list you may be asked to provide two references

1. Your 1^st referee should be someone you have known for a while who can provide information on your practice
2. Your 2^nd referee should be someone who can provide a character reference.

Please note neither referee can be a family member of the applicant.
