This programme is developed and taught by Alison Harper the Artistic Director and founder of The ESOP , amongst other things the programme is intended to give participants personal mentoring to increase confidence, creativity and a sense of direction and to provide strategies for developing a body of work enabling the artist to clarifying short and long term goals.

Student at work (Pauline) Multimedia - Painting Personal Projects
Working in a class of no more than 12 students, a small number ensuring a good tutor-student ratio, this programme gives participants an opportunity to develop their own work in a supportive community of artists. Over the last two successful years (2015-16 and 2016-17) students of this class have through their own initiative in 2015-16 had a student led exhibition “Sharing Images” and this June will be active members and participants of the student show “Painting Works”
